Weight is 10.11 grams. On the OBVERSE face, is the design of the 1987 effigy of her majesty Queen Elizabeth II designed by a Mr Rapheal Maklouf.

The REVERSE face was designed by the royal Australian Mints Chief Engraver Mr Horst Hahne, the 1987 coin commemorates Sir Arthur Philip and embarkation of the first fleet from Portsmouth in 1787. The coin came in the plastic holder from minting and has never been touched or opened. This coin is one of approx 20,000 and very sought after for by collectors.
